Last night a Year in Barry visited the 10th Barry Guides as they celebrated their 84th birthday. Their first ever meeting took place on 5th December 1933. Last night the girls were wrapping gifts to distribute to the elderly of Barry and decorating their hall. Along with this 12 new guides were also enrolled in a 'Promise Ceremony' making this a very special evening for the 10th Barry Guides.
